Our Story, Who We Are, Our Vision, Our Mission

The Centre Missionnaire Philadelphie (CMP) was born on Sunday, February 24, 2008, under a simple tent in Kinshasa — an unusual yet divinely chosen place for a new church. That day, more than a thousand people gathered for the inaugural service, marking the beginning of a movement that continues to impact lives today.

After more than twenty years of faithful service at the Centre Évangélique Francophone de La Borne, Pastor Roland DALO, guided by the Holy Spirit, founded the Centre Missionnaire Philadelphie as a local church within the 37th Community of the Assemblies of God in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

 

On October 30, 2016, following divine direction, Apostle Roland DALO entrusted the pastoral leadership of the church to Pastor Ken LUAMBA, while he devoted himself fully to Dalo Ministries, a ministry dedicated to mentoring and equipping God’s servants.
Since then, Philadelphia Missionary Center, CMP, has continued to grow — a vibrant family of believers united by faith, love, and the pursuit of spiritual maturity.

We are the Centre Missionnaire Philadelphie, a Christ-centered community and a crossroads where people from all backgrounds — races, tribes, cultures, and social levels — come together as one family in Christ.

Our church exists to help every believer experience:

  • A genuine new birth in Jesus Christ,

  • A transformed life through the power of the Holy Spirit,

  • A living relationship with God that bears lasting fruit.

Our Vision

We are a Center — a place of convergence, transformation, and sending.

At CMP, we believe God has called us to be a spiritual hub where lives are transformed and believers are equipped to impact their generation.
Our vision can be summed up in three dimensions:

  1. Authentic Conversions and Repentance

    “The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few.” — Luke 10:2
    “Produce fruit in keeping with repentance.” — Luke 3:8
    We are committed to the salvation of souls through evangelism and the preaching of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

  2. Fear of God and Spiritual Maturity

    “By this time you ought to be teachers…” — Hebrews 5:12
    We work to see believers grow in the Word and reflect Christ’s character in every aspect of life.

  3. Deep Intimacy with God
    We encourage every believer to cultivate a life of worship, prayer, and communion with the Lord.

Our Mission Has Two Dimensions:

    We seek to minister to the whole person — spirit, soul, and body — through the power of the Gospel.

  2. Reaching Every Layer of Society
    From the poorest to the most privileged, we bring the message of hope, restoration, and salvation in Christ.

Our Core Mandate

1. Prepare the Bride for the Return of the Bridegroom

We believe we are living in the final days of the Church on earth. Our calling is to prepare believers for the glorious return of Jesus Christ.

2. Restore the Hearts of God’s Children to Their Father

Through a message centered on:

  • Sanctification

  • Consecration

  • Total Dependence on God

3. Proclaim Deliverance and Freedom in Christ

“It is for freedom that Christ has set us free.” — Galatians 5:1

We minister deliverance from all forms of bondage, leading believers into the full liberty of the Spirit.

4. Strengthen Families and Marriages

We promote stable, Christ-centered homes as the foundation of a healthy and godly society.

Justin Monsenepwo

Pastor Justin Monsenepwo is the Senior Pastor of Philadelphia Missionary Center – Seattle, a Spirit-filled church committed to spreading the Gospel and transforming lives through the power of God’s Word.

In addition to his pastoral calling, Pastor Justin is a distinguished business lawyer and professor of law, having earned his degree in Germany, where he also teaches, as well as in the Democratic Republic of Congo, South Africa, and the United States. His legal and academic background, combined with his deep spiritual insight, enables him to preach with clarity, wisdom, and divine revelation.

Known for his passion for truth and discipleship, Pastor Justin is a gifted teacher of the Word who ministers with conviction, humility, and compassion. His messages inspire believers to walk in faith, integrity, and purpose, reflecting Christ in every area of their lives.

He is joyfully married to Monique Monsenepwo, his faithful partner in life and ministry, and together they are blessed with three beautiful daughters.

Driven by an unwavering love for God, Pastor Justin often says he will never take a break from preaching the Gospel — for him, ministry is a lifelong devotion and calling to serve until his final breath.
